GRIPPER OR SLIDER: 4 SOLUTIONS

A palletizer with a gripper is an ideal solution if you want to palletize bags that are not completely filled. The gripper head places the bag in an overlapping configuration on a formation table or directly on a pallet.

• GRS - Gripper type palletizer (manual, semi-automatic and automatic)

A palletizer with a slide is the best solution for palletizing well-filled bags, including the 100% vacumized bag. The bag is turned to the correct position and the slider pushes it onto the forming table according to a fixed configuration.

GRS - Gripper type palletizer

For bags that are underfilled. The ORVANDT low rise GRS palletizer with gripper deposits bags directly onto the pallet. The palletizer is ideal for stacking underfilled bags in an overlapping configuration on the pallet. Full bags can also be stacked perfectly by the GRS palletizer. The palletizer is equipped with an adjustable layer guide according to the dimensions of the pallet. Any desired stacking configuration can be easily created and stored in one of the free processing programs.

PGH - Gripper type palletizer

The ORVANDT high-rise PGH palletizer with gripper deposits underfilled bags in an overlapping configuration on its processing platform. The palletizer is equipped with moving stops to force the layer to fit the desired pallet dimensions. After each layer deposit, the roller conveyor on the lifting device presses the pallet against the bottom of the processing platform. Any desired stacking configuration can easily be created and stored in one of the free processing programs.

DSE - Slider type palletizer

The DSE palletizer prepares layers of bags by sliding them onto the processing platform. The bags can be placed according to one of the freely programmable processing programs. In each layer, bags can be individually oriented, with the top or bottom of the bag facing the outside of the pallet. 

The automatic layer guiding frame compresses the layer and keeps it in place while the processing platform opens to allow the layer to be deposited onto the pallet, which is lifted up beneath the platform. After each layer deposit, the top of the layer is aligned against the bottom of the closed processing platform by lifting up the pallet. The pressure force is adjustable and can be programmed for each individual layer. Each layer is perfectly aligned to a levelled surface, offering a stable foundation for stacking the next layer.

DSD - Slider type palletizer

For bags that are well filled. The ORVANDT high-rise DSD palletizer with two-layer sliders stacks full bags into pallets with high stability loads. By applying buffer and bag turn sections, continuously supplied bags are processed without interruption during the discharge of the full pallet. With functions such as bag orientation, side compression, and layer compression, any desired stacking configuration can be easily created and stored in one of the free processing programs.
